Sending a gift?
You can twin someone else's loo and send a certificate straight to them. We'll enclose a card to let them know their toilet has been twinned. IMPORTANT: this option is only available for single certificate orders.
Delivery
The cost of delivery is included in your £60 donation.
If you are ordering from within the UK your certificate will be sent second class via Royal Mail. If you are twinning four or more toilets, we will courier your twins to you using Parcel Force. Certficates being delivered to destinations outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service.
Certificates are usually dispatched 48 hours after we received your order, but please allow allow ten working days for delivery. If your certificate hasn't arrived within ten working days, please contact us or call us on 0300 321 3217 (UK only).
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Toilet Twinning is a donation, and under Charity Law we are unfortunately unable to refund donations. However, if you made a donation in error, please contact us.
If your framed certificate is damaged on its way to you, we will happily send you a new one. Please return the broken frame to Toilet Twinning, PO Box 5050, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, Nottinghamshire NG15 0DJ, United Kingdom.
